Welcome to Florida Pharmacists

In order to become a licensed pharmacist in the state of Florida, an individual must meet the following requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited pharmacy program
  • Pass the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) and the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE)
  • Complete an internship or training program approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy
  • Apply for and be granted a license from the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
