In order to become a licensed pharmacist in the state of Florida, an individual must meet the following requirements:
Graduate from an accredited pharmacy program
Pass the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) and the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE)
Complete an internship or training program approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy
Apply for and be granted a license from the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
Continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
